Poly Midi converter

All,

  so add to this list, Foot switch... after touch (not poly) and a couple of 
unassigned controllers..
  These will be put into vairous bits/CV's from there if you want to take it 
to sockets go for it, or if you wanna hard wire it do it that way..

  Im makeing this for myself, Im going to build a polysynth, but I figured 
if I was gonna bury myself in the code I may aswell do it properly..

  I shan't bother with implementing arpegios.. this is really just to get a 
lot of info from midi and get it accesable by people...
  I may well include a sync24 output on it though (its only three bytes to 
decode...

  If people wanna then take this design and firmware and use it in there 
system they will be able to do so, so it could be used in the polymod or 
anything else....
