	The Mitel MT8816 doesnot do this!
	It has 128 crosspoint switches - everyone has its own address.
	You just set the data line to 0 or 1 (open/closed) and that is it!
	And there is also a reset that resets all crosspoints.

	And the package is PLCC44 and not TQFP128 or so.
