Ok I think I'm done with this one. I will do another somewhere
down the line with a trigger input. 

As it is shown max attack is 2.5 mins max decay is 5 mins.
It will spike very nicely with minimum settings. The controls
feel very good.

Changes from the last

Replaced the 555 with a 4001  - no big cap or dropping resistor..
Optimized cv mixer resistors and cleaned it up some.
It's down to 4 ics, 2 trans, 24 res and 2 caps....
