If you picked it up before 4:00EST the PNP is in upside down. 
The emitter should go to gnd . In addition the 100K sustain resistors 
are too hot 220Ks are better.

I have been very slow on personal mail, because I've been doing all 
this STUFF! I'll catch up tonight...Sorry I don't mean to ignore anybody.


Thanks for doing this Chris. It was a real inspiration and fun trading
