LED orientation alert/PSCONN

After many years of being able to deduce LED polarity by looking at the
internal structure (the larger part being the cathode), I've run across
two batches of LEDs were this is reversed. (One of these batches was
"surplus", the other new stock from Mouser.) The traditional flat at the
base of the LED which indicates cathode IS correct on these devices.

I know some of these LEDs went out with the PSCONN kits, so be sure to
go by the flat.
