I have no idea what I'm talking about here! <- extra protection!!
When I say move I mean re-bias <- jic 

There is no real current flow, just a small push/pull action. 
(I measured it. Less than 0.1ma min/max cutoff) the minuet voltage 
change moves the signal path more pos/neg from 0v. This offset 
between the buffer amps/caps forms the filter.  

I didn't attempt to match anything ( I hardly ever do...I'm so lazy).
