Sequencing Software...again

I know this was a topic for a LONG time, (or so it seemed). I am just
now incorperating a PC into my setup. I want to use the PC for
sequencing and drum loops ONLY. I do not plan o use it for mixing, as a
synth, etc. No fancy hard to use features. The most elaborate feature I
would want is quantizing. I know some of you folks have alot of
experience in this field. Can anyone direct me to some sequencing
software?
