I remember I've seen the Moog HP somewhere - I even might have
a paper copy. Haven't seen it for a long time, and surely did no
circuit comparison - it just looks familiar. Probably discreet buffer
stages instead of opamps, but my memory is clouded.

schematic for the Moog 904-B hp filter as used in the modular system is
available on the net.
