I think so. Never done it, however.

It *should* be easy, just measuring the forward voltage at a constant current
(current source, or high voltage + large resistor) and (important !) constant
temperature. Do it at one current value = good; do it for two different
currents = better.
But I have not done it either. I trusted in the law of large numbers, and
aparently I was lucky with unselected diodes in the Synthi VCF and
HiFli Phaser.
