Tom G: right you are. My MS-20 simulation runs correctly after the initial
power-up DC offset settles down. Couple hundred milliseconds later (but 10
minutes of simulation real time...) Works fine.
Paul Perry: Thanks... its not an inductor however, its a floating resistance.
I found a schematic for a floating inductor in EDN back issue
(search = gyrator), but its wrong. I'll try to fix it it looks like a dumb
printing error (who uses op-amps with no connection to the output?) I still
want to try the "ladder" filter with the inductors to see if the "overload"
characteristics are like the LPF. :-) Harrry
