Flat flex ribbon cable wanted. Where?

Does anyone know where I can find about 3 to 4 feet of the multi-conductor
flat flexible cable that is used to connect things like moving printer heads
and scanner heads?  The stuff I'm talking about is 2 sheets of polyester film
with flat copper conductors sealed in between them.  I want something with at
least 10 conductors, but 15 or 20 would be better. Max. width of the cable
should be about 1 inch.  Anyone know of a mail order source for a small
quantity of this OR do any of you good folks have a peice of it laying around
that you would be willing to sell me. I'd be happy with a peice torn out of a
junked piece of equip.
No luck with DigikeyMouserAllied.  AMP of course has it on their web sight...
in 150 foot roles.  A bit more than I need.  And I can't find a distributor
anyway.
