high-k ceramic bypass are worse, but not usually in the audio path
(the cap value is pretty volt dependant too).
I saw a hobby mag where they made an 'engine stethoscope' where the probe was
a ceramic bypass cap epoxied to a screwdriver!!!!!

BTW, that telephone cable with bright blue casing and aluminum foil sheild
is so microphonic that you can put a plug on the end and tap on it with your
foot for a bass drum.. TRUE! Not a bad sound either, on a hard surface.
