Microphonism of parts is a well documented phenomenon. Just about every
part exhibits some form of it. Take a hign gain circuit like a mic or phono
preamp; you should be able to attach a headset and work your way through
tapping the parts with a plastic screwdriver. What you will find is that
almost every part has it's own signature...

One of the most surprising things to learn, is that (certain) film caps can
be almost transducer-like... This effect gets even more pronounced in
high-impedance (read: tube) circuits where the cap is coupling signal to a
grid/gate...

Of course, if you think about it, that's how tube condenser mics work BY
DESIGN! The difference is that with a condenser mic element, you design for
variable capacitance, and with board level parts, you design for stability.
As to be expected, both modalities show undesirable characteristics of the
other.
