7820 regulator source...?

Farnell knock out the 1.5A  TO220 version for £0.65 +vat

Sussex U must have an account or two.  It might be worth seeing if any of 
the departments do "slush fund" purchasing.

Anyone know of a source for these 20V regulators? Slightly off topic
(apologies) but it's for an old Revox B77 and good old Revox want to charge
me 15ukp for one!
