Bourns Potentiometer

I just obtained a Bourns Potentiometer with the following spec:
Bourns 10-Turn Potentiometer w/Ten-Step Dial 100 K ohms. Resistance +/- 5%.
Linearity +/- 0.25%. Part No. 3507S-1-104  (very cool pot- black with red
and black cap multiturn dial)
I got one of these on ebay auction for about 12.00 US  and I was offered up
to 5 more at the same price.  My question: is that a good price for one of
these, and would anyone be interested in getting one from me? I am thinking
about getting one or two more for myself. They are in new unused shape.  I
can also get some in a 10Kohm version.  What would be the best application
for this in a home brew synth setup?
