Batz, what about reed switches?
these are used up around 400 MHz for RF antenna switching (low power)
and have tiny capacitance if you do it right.
Being as the contacting mechanism is totally isolated, should be pretty simple.
The special rf units wont be cheap or obtainable here in flatland, but a normal
one would be perfectly ok in my opinion.
