Hello Larry,

Yes, 

I have gotten that message a few times lately, too.  The messages still seem
to be grtting through, though.  It always tells me that the message couldn't
be sent to a particular address, and not one that I had speccifically sent the
message to - possibly a node somewhere where it gets relayed?

Maybe it only affects those of us on the west side of the USA?
