Flanger 3007

I redesigned the Electric Mistress using the MN3007/MN3101 
Panasonic chips. They are available from Digi-Key for $9.73/
$1.95.

The 3007/3101 combination work much better than the 
SAD1024 version, having much less clock noise. I'll try
to get a sample up tomorrow. It sounds very good.
