Yes and No. Obviously it's just one half of the MS-20 filter (the LP section).
But there is more. Different Models of MS-20's had very different filters, and
I don't know if the same is the case with the MS-10. I guess not, but I don't
know for sure.
One additional big difference is that the MS-20 has an audio mixer
for the signal input which allows not only to mix signals but also choose
different input levels for the VCF. Which can make a big difference
especially in that filter topology.
