Anyone know this chip?

I pretty much figured it was doing this.

I've got them scanned though they appear incomplete. It's four pages from a
larger one and the edges don't seem to line up (e.g. the filter input is
shown as a resistor to ground in one page but as being fed from the VCO in
another!). I might put them up quickly and then try and redraw them to make
them clearer at a later date. It appears to be missing the circuit for the
ADSR controlling the VCA though the ADSR to control the VCF is present.

I'll post the list when I put them on my web site.
