If memory serves, the DC bias is very different from ordinary opamps,
but double check with the data seet.

Subject: LM 387
List,
I'm looking for a replacement for a LM 387. I don't know anything about this chip, but my best quess is that it's a dual LM 386.
Anyway, the replacement should have better noise performance, being a preamp for a 16 bit ADC, and it must have the same pinout.
I have a couple of NE 5532 chips and I was wondering if that would be an improvement? Any suggestions?
Thanx in advance, Guido
