Good book for tubes and stuff

Hi,
My favourite book is 'Valve Amplifiers' by Morgan Jones.
This is aimed primarily at Hi-Fi, with the emphasis on push-pull amps.
It is pretty technical, with plenty of maths for calculating load-lines
etc. Rewards close reading. Very good.
