I've been shipping quite a bit over the past few years and absolutely refuse
to use ups after 2 years of calling and fighting every time I used them.
I've had only 1 problem in the 3 years i've shipped with the usps.
Unfortunately, the largest board you can ship is a juno106 size one.
Anyway my .02

The USPS mailed me yesterday that I -beeing from abroad- have no chance
to file a inquirie about the lost E.N. order.

Would have been interesting to find out, what hypothesis where right
or wrong.

The next check is on it's way. Hope it will make it , this time...
