The delay on each even note is always a whole number of 24 ppqn clock
pulses.
With no swing, 16th note scale, notes will fall on clock pulses 1, 7, 13,
19, etc.
With a swing setting of 1, notes will fall on clock pulses 1, 8, 13, 20,
etc.
This is really easy to do in software...
