AW: US post complaints

This is standard practice. My friend at the p.o. always read magizines
during idle time on machines. All mags are shipped with a "dummy" copy on
the top and bottom of the palet to protect from idiots. There is no reason
for a deticated copy to be delayed. I've read these copys of everything
imaginable. There was a postman a few years ago in Dallas tx that was
dumping ALL of his daily mail in an abandoned house so he didn't have to
work. Go figure!
