Hello Troy,

You can buy the MAT-02 from Newark Electronics (800-367-3573), but (are you
sitting down?) they're gonna cost you $24.42 apiece.  MAT-04's (a pair of
MAT-02's in one package) are $34.07 each.

For that reason, I would recommend using the National LM394 Supermatched
Transistor Pair instead, which Newark has for $5.15 each (probably cheaper
elsewhere..).  I don't know if they have it in the plastic DIP-8 package.  The
price quote they gave me was for the LM394bh, which is in a metal can package.

If you find MAT-02's or LM394's for a decent price, please share the
information with the rest of us, OK?
