Well, the first thing to do is to ask anyone on the 
list whether they have had trouble with the person
in question ;-)
before maligning the US postal service, who in the 
Australian vernacular are a 'bonzer bunch of blokes'
(and sheilas).
I only ever had trouble when I was buying copies of Electronotes.
