bourns.com (the resistor people) have them (search: encoder). some are about
$5.00 (in hundreds of course...) Grayhill has some, and I think Oak-Grigsby
also. these are optical encoders and cost more. If you are mechaniclly
reclined, note that MICE have optical encoders in them. You could modify a
rodent and get two encoders. Just save the mouse balls for me, I collect 'em.
(believe it or not, I'm not the only one...as a trash can full of castrated
rodents at my workplace bears mute testimony.) Good luck Harry :-)
