With a little help from Rene's Moog ladder I built one myself.
I got his diff-amp working but the res was a problem. So I
added a 3080 for res. Kinda spoils the all transistor filter
but you don't need a special pot. Turn the cutoff all the way
down and the res all the way up then adjust the peak trim
until it oscillates. Works as advertised ...the oscillation 
amplitude increases with freq....
