Minimoog VCF

Romeo reported an error on the vcf2a pcb. I have a large supply
of Japanese transistors so I sometimes layout for them reversing
the B/C on a TO92 package. It confuses me sometimes. Anyway
here is a new layout with the error fixed and no Japanese packages
