TTL to CMOS voltage translation

I checked. Use the Motorola MC14504BCP Hex Level Shifter. Jeez, six shifters
for $0.49 cents. Still a good part! :-) Harry Bissell 
(actually, I knew it was still good because one of my production designs is
using it to go from 5Volt logic to 12volt.
