ODP: Interfacing TTL and CMOS logic

How about a resistor network for each pin:
10k from +15 to CMOS input
6k8 from 8051 output to CMOS input

ar another way - 5V1 zener in place of 6k8 resistor

PS I've never seen more zeners than in my designs
