C-64 "Band in a Box" software?

On the Win64 web site they are selling a CD-ROM with just about every Commodore
64 program ever written:

Win64 is a C-64 emulator for Windows 95 equiped PC's.  It too is included on the
CD-ROM.  Perhaps "Dancing Feats" is on there also?
