I would like to suggest many of the problems attributed to Mr. Hutchins are
not his fault.  I called him last fall after not speaking to him for at
least 10 years, and during our conversation I mentioned I had Electronotes
#1 thru #156.  Mr. Hutchins sent me the remaining Electronotes thru the
current issue at no cost.  I got them in just a week or so.

I think he really cares about maintaining a good reputation for
Electronotes.
