E.N. again

Mr. Hutchins wrote me another mail, he suggests to send the E.N.
papers today, and i can pay later, after fixing the check desaster.
He further says that he has 99% of the E.N. on stock, there is no
delay due to copying, and no need for "artificial" delay by him.
That's resonable!
I suspect that the mail service in his town has a problem. There is
no other reasonable explanation. Why should he throw away orders with
checks? That would be totally stupid. This caused only trouble for
him in the past, and will continue to cause trouble, and will damage
his reputation. I think the whole copyright issue is only about reputation,
from that we can see that this means something to him.
Continous problems do not make any sense from this point of view.
OTHO I heard of cases where post employees had tons of mail in their garage.
For years!
And another observation, that he told me: My registered letter, that I
set in order to ask where my order was arrived safely, but the mail man
didn't take the registration slip, so it will never return!
I have no other information, so we have to assume that the fault
is on the post side.
Anyhow, I'll set a nice letter to the US post and tell them what I think
about their service. Maybe I get back my expenses for the lost check!

I'll always thought that the German post service was rotten, but it seems
to be worse in other regions on the planet.
I'll keep you informed.
I'd suggest to use registered mail only, with delivery notification slip
for further contact with Mr. Hutchinson, in order to avoid further trouble.
I should have considered that right from the beginning.
