MIDI mixer control messages?

I guess there are no standards for controlling audio mixers via MIDI.
However, there are some CC's used for MIDI mixers on GM and XG synths
which are listed on http://www.midi.org/table3.htm, like
Channel Volume (0x07), Pan (0x10), FX 1 (typically reverb,
0x12) and FX 2 (chorus, 0x13). If you have more than 16 channels
to control you'll need multiple MIDI ports. 

You could also download the Cybermix software from
http://www.behringer.de/eng/support/software/softix.htm
and record the output of it and check what kind of 
MIDI messages it will use (propably SYSEX).
