I think the schematics for the MS-6 are on the back of an envelope in a
landfill somewhere ;-)
Seriously tho', Ricard Wolf is an expert on the MS6 (he's even modded the
firmware), and I believe he searched long and hard for MS6 schematics with
no success.
The board is very similar to the Matrix 6 tho', and there's not really many
different approaches you can take to demultiplexing the cvs for a 3396
synth-on-a-chip. The data sheet has an example circuit of a 6 voice synth -
this is probably very close to the Cheetah design.
I had a MS6 myself, but got rid of it because of the unbelievably crap
interface. 
The Matrix 6R is a much better use of 6 3396s - pity it's not multitimbral
like the Cheetah.

If you find the schema for the SX1000, I'd like a copy too.
