Question about ARP submodules (4014)

Hi Michael:

The PNP transistors in the ARP 4014 are TZ581, the NPN transistors are
TZ81.  These transistors were made by Sprague, and they were complementary
devices.  You could probably use 2N3904/2N3906, or 2N5172/2N6076, or other
complementary devices.  I don't think your choice of transistor type is
that critical, as long as you match the devices where needed.  The pairs of
transistors used as current mirrors should be matched, and the transistors
used as differential amplifiers should also be matched pairs.

I reverse engineered this module 25 years ago to create a replacement for a
customer's synth.  I still have the drawing, so if you end up with other
