MD-to-Computer question

[I Dream In 3D]

I record alot of improv stuff to MD.  I want to use my MD optical out to
dump my recordings to my PC to burn CD's.  What card's out there have an
optical Toslink?  I don't need a card with alot of bells and whistles....I
only need the optical input portion, so the more simple the card is, the
better.  The optimal card is one which add only optical in/out....Does
anyone if these cards exist and where I can get them?  I was looking at
Hoontech stuff, but I'm really unsure of what I need...
