It's a high-speed current buffer, and you can use it to boost the output of
any opamp. Insert it within the feedback loop, between the output of the
opamp and the fb resistor. It'll not affect the gain, and the output
current will be increased to a maximum of +-100mA, if you use a heatsink.
Pin 3 is the input; pin 8 the output; 1 and 2 (+); 4 and 5 (-).

It's useful whenever you need to drive low impedance lines, but don't
expect very low distortion. You may need to put a LR parallel network at
the output to isolate capacitive loads and to prevent oscilations.
