I had a little trouble finding Tolex too.  "Accept no substitutes!".  There 
is a place on the web that sells it.  Check the archives.  This question 
was answered for me a long time ago.  I ended up getting a swatch from a 
guy locally who rebuilds/refurbishes amp cabinets.  I paid $25/yd (54 in 
wide).  You can get the metal corners, etc. from any well stocked specialty 
hardware store.  (In Portland, OR I got all the hardware I needed at 
Winks.)  I don't know of any other sources.
