I've had the same problem.  I do know that the "techno5" address is the correct 
one; the PAIA website still has the old MAP address posted.  The MAP website had
a message that Mr. Henry was going on vacation for a couple of weeks, but I 
thought he was supposed to be back by now.

When I tried accessing the MAP page today, I got a message saying that the 
server wasn't accepting connections.  Other times, nothing goes through.

Does anyone know what's going on?
