Midwest Analogue Products

Hi everybody,

I have been trying to reach Thomas Henry's page (Midwest Analogue Products) and neither the address that I had (techno5.lakes.com/~map/) or the one on PAIA's page (prairie.lakes.com/~map) seems to get me there anymore.  If anyone knows anything about this, I would appreciate being informed.
