Hi Toby,

I cannot really help you because I don't have experience with 5V single
supply
rail to rail stuff.
But I suggest you add another (important) point to your list:

	Capable of driving capacitive loads.

This is important for precision (pitch) CVs, as you cannot simply add a
series
resistor to avoid oscillation at capacitive load (cable).
