vcf11 update

Here is the latest on my Moog-type filter there have been some
changes. This should go to the shop by Thursday as soon as I have
a quote I'll start taking orders, Friday I hope. Please do not ask me
to take your order now.

There is also info on the diode/tranny filter and a extra EG/LFO
that's a little unusual, that didn't make the final design.

I'll do a pcb and prototype tomorrow I hope. As soon as the
prototype is ready I'll post some MP3s. This thing Kicks!
