Chemicals and pots

Hullo all,

I'd like to get some advice on what stuff I can use on the pots 
of my newly acouired (sp?) Tektronix 545B scope. The volts/cm
pots are kinda scratchy; I can even feel the scratchiness when
I turn them. (does this mean that they need replacement?)

Not WD-40 obviously. (WD-40 did the trick for the fan, though.)

And (if anyone have any idea) where can I get whatever stuff /
spray I need in Norway?
