I just ordered one from unicorn electronics (www.unicornelectronics.com, 
look under "generators"). They cost $6.99...  You have to order $20.00
from them or else you get slapped with a $5.00 "service charge".  It was
tough finding $13.00 worth of other stuff to buy from them, their catalog
is pretty sparse.
