HT8950

I picked up a ht8950 the other day while I was out. It does freq-
shifting, modulation, and a robot mode that sounds a lot like
that latest Beastie tune!!

It's almost a one chip vocorder! I got the pdf and stuck it together.
Pretty cool. The HT8950 is $3.14 from Tech America 900-7547.

As soon as I get it done I'll put it up. 1 chip, 10 resistors, 5 caps
1 led and 1 zener. I think it needs a little more filtering, we'll see.
