Looks good. Don't forget to connect the transformer to mains ground too
(unless it's a plastic encapsulated one).

There can be hum problems when the signal ground is completely floating
in respect to mains ground. Someone suggested once to make a connection
via a low resistor (10 or 100 ohms) between the two. This resistor is
high enough to prevent ground loops (so it doesn't matter if there's
more than one) but keeps signal ground from floating.
