ODP: copper cable

I'm no audiophile nor an EE but I read an article in audio amature <sp> that
deals with some of the things you are speaking of. The person that wrote the
article used computer ribbon cable. Every odd wire is < + > and every even
wire is < - >. strip off one wire from a 25 wire cable to have 12 per side.
It lays flat under carpet too. the bottom line was, it's cheap, and it has
the so called needed electrical characteristics of the esoteric wires.
